Marty Boyd is the TxDOT- El Paso District Director of Advanced Transportation Planning. Her office oversees Programming and Scheduling of the District’s projects, Corridor and Feasibility Studies for the region, Traffic, Data, and Modeling, along with all planning documentation and coordination with El Paso MPO, environmental and local governments coordination and support for the District. Ms. Boyd is a graduate of New Mexico State University and University of Texas at El Paso. She has extensive experience in Architecture, Planning, and Transportation Engineering. As an avid cyclist, she promotes safe cycling with classes for beginners and is active in the planning and development of multimodal infrastructure.
