Ronke Osibajo PE, CFM

Ronke Osibajo, PE, CFM, is the Subsurface Utility Engineering Lead at T. Baker Smith, LLC. With over 11 years of experience in utility engineering, her experience includes SUE (Quality Levels D through A), utility coordination, relocation, design, accommodation, construction administration, and other utility-related tasks needed to accomplish a successful project. Ronke is TxDOT pre-certified in all utility engineering categories and has participated in several training programs, staying abreast of emerging SUE technologies and advancements.

In her current role, Ronke focuses on consistently delivering Subsurface Utility Engineering solutions to mitigate buried utility-related risks for a variety of projects, from highway to infrastructure design. She is passionate about creative solutions for utility conflicts through a combination of proactive project management, team engagement, and continuous process improvement.

Ronke holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Master of Engineering degree from Texas A&M University, College Station. She is licensed on Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado.
