Bio

Dr. Aamir Butt is a Senior Principal at STV and a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience directing and delivering complex facilities and infrastructure projects, valued at over $4 billion. He has expertise in planning and programming, pre-construction, design management, and procurement and construction management on national and international capital programs. Dr. Butt has helped deliver major infrastructure projects for clients across multiple fields, encompassing mission critical facilities, aviation, K-12 and higher education, biotech, and telecommunications. His portfolio includes efforts delivered as design-builds, design-bid-builds, and construction manager at risk, and he has managed both emergency and long-term programs — including those with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.

Dr. Butt earned a Doctor of Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
