Bill Gardner

With a keen eye for uncovering solutions positive from both a legal and business perspective, Bill represents architects, engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors in complex professional liability, litigation, and transactional matters throughout the United States.

Bill’s practice focuses on megaprojects and major infrastructure programs, design and construction litigation, drafting and restructuring of government and private contracts, and the defense of professional liability claims against design professionals.

Bill’s construction practice encompasses all phases of the contracting process for public and private projects, from bidding and contract negotiation throughout administration and performance, to claims and litigation.

Bill is licensed in the State of Texas; U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas; United States District Court for the District of New Mexico; and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Bill received his B.A. from Baylor University in 2001 and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2005.
