Carlos Negron is a Project Manager with Jacobs Engineering Group. Carlos has more than 25 years of experience in design and preparation of construction documents for complex transportation infrastructure projects. His background project management positions range from Task and Work Authorization Manager on the North Texas Tollway Authority’s Maintenance Management Consultant Program to Project Manager for Dallas County’s Medical District Drive Improvement Project. Carlos is currently licensed as a Profession Engineer in the States of Texas and Oklahoma.
