Ceason Clemens PE

District Engineer
Texas Department of Transportation

Ceason graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering in 2005. She began her TxDOT career as an Engineering Assistant in the Collin County Area Office, where she went through the engineering rotation program. After obtaining her Professional Engineering license in 2009, Ceason continued working in Collin County as a design project manager for several projects. In 2011, Ceason moved to the district office to work on what eventually became the $798 million design-build project known as the Horseshoe, which rebuilt the downtown mixmaster. In 2016, Ceason became the Dallas District Alternative Delivery Engineer with oversight of several projects, including the Horseshoe, I-35 Express, SH 183 Midtown Express, and Southern Gateway. Ceason was named the Director of Transportation Planning and Development in August 2017, Deputy District Engineer in Dallas in July 2018 and has been the Dallas District Engineer since October 1, 2022.

Ceason resides in McKinney. She is an avid baseball fan and enjoys visiting with family all across the country.
