Bio
Felix Martin is the CEO of Alamo NEX Construction, a joint venture between Webber, LLC and Ferrovial Construction US. Martin also acts as Project Director, responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the $1.5 billion I-35 NEX Central Project.
In his previous position as Regional Vice President for Webber, Martin led all Heavy Civil operations in the Austin and San Antonio areas, managing a $800 million portfolio of six design-bid-build construction projects. As part of this assignment, he was also tasked with leading the efforts to expand Webber’s footprint into the Virginia and Georgia markets.
Additionally, he served as Design and Build Vice President and led the procurement of five large Design and Build projects totaling $5 billion.
Martin joined Ferrovial as an intern, and since then, he has earned over 17 years of international experience successfully managing large and complex roadway, bridge, railroad, and airport runway mega projects in the UK and the US – working under different delivery methods, including Design and Build, and P3.
Martin received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He later earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
