Glenn Goldstein PE, PMP, PMI-RMP

Glenn has over 20 years of infrastructure experience, including risk management support for public sector programs through all phases of project delivery. He has developed risk management guidelines and tools, facilitated risk workshops, provided risk training, and developed risk-based cost estimates for traditional and alternative delivery projects in Texas, Maryland, Michigan, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Glenn served as a Procurement Engineer under TxDOT’s Alternative Delivery Division (ALD) as a consultant for seven years, where he provided a broad range of professional engineering services as an owner’s representative to support the planning, procurement, and implementation of alternative delivery projects under design-build (DB) contracts, comprehensive development agreements (CDA), and public-private partnerships (P3).

He also served six years over multiple tenures as Project Manager/Senior Engineer housed full-time in the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) office responsible for programmatic activities across all agency corridors and planning coordination between CTRMA and local government agencies.

He holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) having served as President of the Austin Branch and currently serving as Treasurer of the Texas Section.

Glenn currently serves the City of Austin as the Risk Manager for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Expansion and Development Program (AEDP).
