Glenn A. Goldstein, PE, PMP, PMI-RMP, is a Transportation Engineer at RS&H, a multi-disciplinary firm providing architectural, engineering and consulting services across the aerospace, aviation, health and science, and transportation sectors. He works as an owner’s representative supporting transportation clients in the planning, procurement, and implementation of alternative delivery projects under design-build (DB) contracts, comprehensive development agreements (CDA), and public-private partnerships (P3). Glenn provides risk management support on projects across multiple delivery methods, including the development of mitigation strategies and risk-based cost estimates. He has helped facilitate over a dozen risk workshops and risk training sessions for various DOTs across the country on projects ranging from $100k to over $4 billion, including FHWA CSRA workshop facilitation. Glenn served as the ASCE Austin Branch President and currently serves ASCE as the Texas Section Treasurer. Glenn received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from UT Austin.
