El Paso Water

Mr. Hernandez oversees the Construction Project Management division for El Paso Water which includes the implementation of capital improvement program projects for water, wastewater, reclaimed water and stormwater infrastructure. His professional career includes over 14 years of experience in the water & wastewater industry and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas. Mr. Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2008 and currently serves as Director for ASCE Texas Section – El Paso Branch and as President for the Texas AWWA – Desert Mountain Chapter.
