Bio
John N. Mudd, PE has been with HR Green, serving as Regional Manager and Sr. Project Manager for their Houston Water Group since 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the growth and management of the Water Group’s linear business line both in the design and construction management roles.
John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston in 2005, though his industry experience dates back to 1998. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Actively involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), John chaired the Texas Section CECON Conference in 2023. Beginning in 2024, he assumed the role of Chair for the Texas Section Construction Institute. Additionally, John participates in both the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) and the Texas Section of the American Public Works Association (TxAPWA)
