Komala Narra, P.E., CFM has over 22 years of experience, including 17 years with Dallas County. She is currently a Project Manager in Dallas County’s Trail and Preserve Program. She is also a member of the 2025 ASCE Infrastructure Report Card Parks & Recreation Chapter Subcommittee.
