Martin Rodin is the Division Director for the Professional Engineering Procurement Services (PEPS) Division for the Texas Department of Transportation. In this position, Mr. Rodin manages the procurement of over $2 Billion annually in professional architecture, survey and engineering contracts for all twenty-five District offices throughout TxDOT, as well as for eighteen of the Department’s engineering Divisions. Martin also manages the budget assignment and spending oversight of $1.6 Billion annually in work authorizations issued by the Department to the Districts and Divisions leveraging professional services contracts to help deliver the $13 Billion annual construction budget for TxDOT. Mr. Rodin will be presenting on recent changes and streamlining of operations in the PEPS Division procurement process to expedite contract selection and execution, as well as work authorization execution and invoicing for professional services.
