Joseph Murphy, PE is the Sr. Vice President of the Utilities Division for Lina T. Ramey and Associates. He is responsible for all subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination and utility relocation design projects throughout Texas.
Joseph has spent the last 27 years working with utilities. The first seven years preforming water/waste water design and the last 20 years he has worked in the subsurface utility engineering (SUE) field. This will be Joseph’s 3rd time as a speaker at CECON.
