Manuel Razo has been with the TWDB for 6 years serving as the Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) coordinator, Flood Mapping Manager and Interim National Flood Insurance Program State Coordinator. He has a Bachelors Degree in Geography from the University of Texas and a Masters in Geospatial Surveying Engineering from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
