Jobair is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Prairie View A&M University. Jobair specializes in the areas of geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering with a demonstrated history of working in the industry and university. His research interests involve Forensic Investigation using the Geophysical method, Unsaturated Soil, Expansive Soil, Foundation Engineering and earth retaining structures, Sustainable Waste Management, Landfill Design, Operation and Monitoring.
