Raise the Grade by Implanting New Blood

New blood refers to engineers who come from outside the United States. These engineers have studied and worked on numerous projects before, often having to restart their careers due to various circumstances. Graduating from non-American universities does not diminish their awareness of engineering standards. Requesting accreditation for their diplomas is often merely a formality to confirm their basic knowledge, disregarding their extensive experience.

Have you ever doubted the experience of one of these engineers, only to be proven wrong later? In my presentation, I will shed light on the truth about immigrant engineers and how companies can benefit from their expertise. I will explain why companies should trust their experience, regardless of whether it was gained outside the United States.
