CECON SafeEvent Policy
The safety of all our members is a top priority. Precautions will be taken to offer a face-to-face event where all participants feel comfortable while adhering to all venue, hotel, and local & state recommended guidelines, this includes, but is not limited to, adhering to CDC recommended guidelines.
By registering for CECON 2022, you agree to abide by and engage in health and safety measures as required by the event venues and hotel, while attending the event.
The host hotel—Embassy Suites by Hilton Frisco Hotel Conference Center—health and safety measures, can be found here: Hilton CleanStay program. The hotel is following these guidelines to ensure our attendees maintain a safe, comfortable, and productive experience during our event.
For the Wednesday Social and all other off-site activities, any applicable health and safety measures can be found on the respective venue’s website or by directly calling the venue.
