Bio

Scot is a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree, both in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed PE in eight states, including Texas. He has over 34 years of experience providing pavement management consultation, pavement design, pavement evaluation and research, soil stabilization, and preparation of geotechnical reports for design and construction for projects across the country.

Scot has a deep background in transportation, managing large-scale design/build highway projects such as SH-130, SH-45SE, and the Dallas Horseshoe projects in Texas as well as municipal roadway, airfield, and heavy rail projects. Scot has working in asset and pavement management his entire career with a heavy focus on this work over the past eight years.

In 2020, Scot joined key partners to form Roadway Asset Services, which focuses on Pavement and Asset Management Services. His primary responsibilities include business development, project management, and engineering consultation for pavement evaluations and maintenance optimization for municipalities and counties.
