Adam Payne PE, CCM, is a Construction Manager and Principal at Freese and Nichols, Inc. Adam currently serves as the Program Construction Manager for the Bois d’Arc Lake Program. He has a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Adam is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and a Certified Construction Manager. His expertise centers on assisting clients with delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment and transmission projects.
