Ms. Foster brings 25 years of US and international experience in the engineering and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Over the course of her career, she has worked and lived in many parts of the world, successfully bridging cultural divides. She has had cross-sector roles spanning from science, engineering, project management to managing business sectors. She leads with integrity, innovative thinking, interdisciplinary communications and skillfully builds coalitions toward a common purpose.
