Tim has 30 years of experience in the performance, repair, and preservation of pavement structures. He has conducted hundreds of pavement condition assessments for pavements at municipalities, state DOTs, FHWA, DoD, and FAA. He has been the lead pavement engineer for design/build projects and has led failure investigations of pavements, which have included NDT, laboratory testing and analysis. Tim has been a member of the Transportation Research Board’s pavement management committee, and is currently a member of the American Concrete Institutes committee on concrete pavement design as well as Vice President of the American Concrete Pavement Association’s Technical Services.
