West, Texas

Born and raised in West, TX, Tommy Muska is passionate about the growth and success of his community. Tommy became Mayor in November 2012 and shortly after, a tragic fertilizer facility fire and explosion devastated the community. Tommy devoted his time and passion to making sure the city could not only rebuild, but thrive despite the challenges. Prior to being mayor, Tommy served as a City Council Member for three years. Outside of his mayoral duties, Tommy has been in the insurance industry since 1977 and is currently President of Muska Insurance Services, Inc. He is an active member of his church, the West Chamber of Commerce, West Kiwanis Club, West Knights of Columbus, and the West Fire Department.
