Stephen Smiley is a Bridge Engineer based in Bridgefarmer’s Austin office. He is a PE with 28+ years of structural design experience on transportation projects. He has been the task leader and engineer of record on bridges from off-system creek crossings to 5-level interchanges and has designed integrated systems of simple and continuous concrete and steel bridges including retaining walls for staged construction. Stephen earned a BSc in Civil Engineer from Texas A & M University in 1992.
