Jim Herbert is a Senior Project Manager for CobbFendley SUE projects in the central Texas area. He has been managing SUE projects for 6 years, but his previous 18 years in municipal infrastructure and site development has been an asset to his SUE work. His experience with utility design, coordinating with existing utilities, and his understanding of the needs of design engineers and public entity project managers, provides a unique perspective on his management of SUE projects for his clients.
