Bio

Laura Carr is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of NewEdge Services. She has served in this role for 9 years. Ms. Carr has an extensive background in implementing the Cityworks work order and asset management software. She started as an implementation partner with Cityworks in 2000. In the last 5 years she has pushed clients to pursue more than just work order management but true asset management. Using tools such as Citizen Engagement software, Cityworks Operational Insights, Esri Insights and Dashboards and others, she has educated clients on not only keeping track of the work performed on assets but monitoring the life cycle of those assets.
