Bio
David Lozano is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and a Construction Manager at GFT, with over 12 years of experience in the design and construction of large diameter water infrastructure.
He has worked on large water infrastructure programs such as the San Jacinto River Authority’s Groundwater Reduction Program which included 52 miles of 12 to 60-inch diameter water lines and the City of Houston’s Northeast Transmission Line which included 16 miles of 108-inch diameter water line.
He currently is currently leading the construction of Segment A of the West Harris County Regional Water Authority Surface Water Supply Project which includes 11 miles of 96-inch diameter water line.
