Bio

Thomas Poulose is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 12 years of experience in water resources engineering, specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood mitigation, and drainage design. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).

As a Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers, Thomas leads complex modeling efforts using tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-SWMM, and ArcGIS. His work spans roadway drainage design, floodplain mapping, storm sewer modeling, and regional watershed studies. He has delivered data-driven solutions for detention pond design, channel conveyance improvements, and subsidence impact analysis.
