Eliot has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur helping startups and small businesses execute scalable growth strategies. Eliot is the General Manager for GAF Roads, helping government organizations extend the life of their local roads and improve budgets through use of the innovative RoadPerformance System. Prior to GAF, Eliot served as VP of Operations at Florence Health, a media network for frontline healthcare providers, CEO of Beacinsight, a workflow optimization tool for health care professionals and organizations, and was a consultant advising Avantor, a life sciences supply chain company, on how to implement technology to improve their operational efficiency.
