    Geoffrey D Roberts, Jr. has over 40 years of global executive and technical experience in the energy and water industries.

    Geoff is the President of Flow Resources LLC, a start-up entity developing large scale Energy Districts throughout the United States. He is an independent director for the Stockholm, Sweden based EQT Infrastructure Company LLC. Geoff serves as an Advisory Board member for FiberSense, a deep technology company that utilizes existing fiber cable networks as a highly sensitive sensor array to provide real time situational awareness for damage prevention, condition monitoring, and leak detection. Geoff serves as the President of RRRR Investments LLC, a private investment fund focused on start-up infrastructure technologies in environment, water, technology, and energy field since 1999. His career spans operational, and commercial experience with NextEra (formerly FPL), Shell Oil, Enron Corp. and Entergy, including international leadership assignments developing and operating energy infrastructure and building and managing energy origination and trading businesses in North America, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. During the past 20 years, Geoff has served as a Board member for 9 different private equity sponsored portfolio companies, including 7 as Chairman, in the energy, infrastructure and environmental space. These companies included Innovyze, Synagro Technologies, Contanda Terminals, Midland Cogeneration Ventures, Peregrine Midstream Partners, Restaurant Technologies Inc, Entegra Power, and Primus Green Energy.

    Geoff earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami in 1982, and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University in 1986. He is licensed by TCEQ as a Class A wastewater treatment operator. He completed an executive certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan in 2021.

    Geoff serves as the co-chairman of the ASCE Texas Infrastructure 2025 Report Card committee for energy and recently served as the ASCE Texas Committee Chair for the Beyond Storms task committee focusing on winter storms Uri and Viola and co-author of the Reliability and Resilience in the Balance report.

    Nishant “Nick” Dayal, PE is the founder and principal engineer of The Geotech Guys (TGG), a Richardson, Texas-based geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm. With 24+ years of experience spanning geotechnical investigation, CMT program management, and infrastructure delivery, Nick has led projects for municipal clients, transportation agencies, energy developers, and institutional owners throughout the Texas and the US.
    Nick holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (India), an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas.
    A practicing engineer at the intersection of geotechnics and emerging technology, Nick developed TGG’s GeoAI Platform — a proprietary and integrated tool for subsurface data synthesis, anomaly detection, design computations, and accelerated reporting — and the PSEReviewAI Platform for automated construction document review. His work in applied AI for geotechnical practice reflects a broader conviction that data-driven workflows can meaningfully improve both the speed and rigor of engineering deliverables.
    Beyond his practice, Nick serves as Chair of the ASCE Texas Geotechnical Institute (TXGI) for 2024–2026 and was instrumental in the inception of Texas Geotechnical Conference, which launched in San Antonio in 2025 as a dedicated annual forum for advancing geotechnical practice across Texas.

    Data Center Development Engineer | Hut 8

    Rob D’Agostino is a Data Center Development Engineer at Hut 8, an energy infrastructure platform that integrates power, digital infrastructure, and compute at scale to fuel energy-intensive technologies like AI and high-performance computing. Hut 8 takes a power-first approach to developing and operating industrial-scale energy and data center infrastructure.
    Rob is project lead for Beacon Point, Hut 8’s 1 GW data center project. He supports the technical development of the company’s data center sites more broadly, working across engineering design, construction execution, and commissioning to bring facilities from planning through operational readiness.
    Prior to joining Hut 8, Rob spent over six years at Endogenex, where he led the design and development of the company’s novel Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) therapy from early concept through clinical development. As the first employee outside the founding team, he served as lead designer and helped shape the platform at its earliest stages. He previously held engineering roles at Boston Scientific.
    Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Augsburg University.
