Bio

Ellen Bond, PE, has over 20 years of civil and geotechnical engineering and managerial experience. She has served as project engineer for a wide variety of private and public projects. Her technical expertise is on roadway alignment designs, storm drain systems using iSWM, sewer and water systems, and pavement markings and signage. As a geotechnical engineer, Ms. Bond has prepared technical design reports including soil classifications, foundation design parameters, and earthwork and testing requirements. Her geotechnical design projects were related to roadways, pavement design, sewer and water lines, and water tanks and pipelines. Ms. Bond’s dam safety experience includes providing safety assessments, soils assessments, rehabilitation designs, construction drawings, and construction administration. Ms. Bond holds a Master of Science in Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Geoengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California of Los Angeles. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and California.
