Jake Powell, P.E., CFM holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has 16 years of consulting and municipal experience and currently manages transportation and water resources projects for Pape-Dawson, including serving as project manager for the City of Corpus Christi Storm Water Master Plan Update.
