Bio

Jim Herbert is a Senior Project Manager and the SUE Sealing Engineer for all CobbFendley SUE projects in the Central Texas region. His previous 18 years of experience in municipal infrastructure and site development – including feasibility analysis, roadway and utility designs, and all construction phase services – is an asset to his SUE work. He brings his experience working with SUE companies and existing utility companies on his previous projects, and his understanding of the needs and perspective of the design engineers and public entity project managers.
