Bio

Lizzie Francis is a Civil Engineer in BGE’s Public Works Department with over five years of specialized experience in stormwater, water, and wastewater design and modeling. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in French, as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
