Bio
Dr. Nancy Beltran is the Director of Concrete Pavements for the Cement Council of Texas (CCT), with research experience in the area of concrete pavement analysis and finite element modeling. Nancy joined CCT in August of 2019, and she is responsible for expanding market share for use of cement in all concrete paving applications by offering sustainable and resilient concrete solutions to common problems related to the design, construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of concrete pavements. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
