Patrick Kading is the AMPSS Coordinator at the Texas Water Development Board. He has been at TWDB for a little over 2 years, and previously worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for 7 years in the Water Supply Division. Along with AMPSS, Patrick also assists with the State Revolving Fund programs at TWDB.
