Bio

Prashant Subedi is the SCADA Specialist for the City of Pflugerville, Texas, where he leads in-house development, maintenance, and PLC programming for the city’s water and wastewater SCADA systems. His work includes optimizing the Ignition SCADA platform, enhancing data acquisition from over 30 remote sites, implementing cellular communications, adding alarm redundancy, and strengthening cybersecurity through network segmentation. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Prashant holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, Ignition Core and CompTIA Network+ certifications, and is pursuing Control Systems PE licensure.
