Sr. Director – Production & Treatment Operations
San Antonio Water System

Alissa Lockett has 20 years of experience in the water / wastewater industry with a diverse background in design and project management; distribution and collection system operations; and water treatment, production, and wastewater treatment operations. She is Senior Director over operations and maintenance of the San Antonio Water System’s 3 wastewater treatment facilities and 150 lift stations as well as the centralized electrical department. In 2020, Alissa completed her role as Director of the Vista Ridge Integration program that provides 50,000 acre-feet per year of water, bolstering the System’s water supply portfolio. She obtained her B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and M.B.A. from UTSA.
