Ian is a Senior Project Manager and Transportation Planner at HNTB, specializing in transit and rail projects. He is the consultant Project Manager for the NCTCOG’s DFW High-Speed Transportation Connections Study. Ian has extensive technical expertise on a variety of transit, high-speed transportation and environmental planning projects, including the preparation of alternatives analyses, long-range transit system plans, corridor studies, and NEPA documentation.
