Kuldip has over 16 years of experience in traffic operations analysis and traffic engineering design. He has led development of large-scale Vissim models and is also skilled at leading safety analysis, corridor studies, PS&E and design build projects. Currently he is managing WSP’s traffic engineering team in Austin and assisting both public and private clients.
