Mr. Martin is a Distinguished Graduate of Texas A&M’s Civil and Environmental Engineering program and holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering. He has 28 years pavement engineering experience including research, design, evaluation, management and forensic investigations of pavement systems. He has been the pavement engineer for over $600 million in design/build projects and has conducted forensic engineering and expert witness support to over $550 million in claims.
