Robert is currently the Design Section Director of the Bridge Division. With 24 years total of TxDOT experience with the Materials and Test Division Structural Products, Fort Worth District Bridge Design Section, and Dallas District Bridge Design Section. Robert is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.
