Bio

 Ryan S. Thomas, P.E., VMA – Ryan serves as Pape-Dawson’s Vice President of Community Infrastructure for the Austin Market. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Texas and Missouri. He is also certified as a Value Methodology Associate (VMA) and has been involved in Value Engineering Studies in Texas, Illinois, Missouri and New Hampshire, for projects ranging from small maintenance buildings to mega highway projects. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation and Urban Planning from Washington University in St. Louis.
