Tayia Oddonetto, Ph.D., is an environmental engineer with expertise in pilot-scale desalination, brine management, and electro-driven separation technologies. Her work includes R&D collaborations with the Bureau of Reclamation and the National Alliance for Water Innovation, with field experience at facilities such as the Kay Bailey Hutchison Desalination Plant in Texas, the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility in New Mexico, and the Water Quality Improvement Center in Arizona.
Dr. Oddonetto currently works as a Process Engineer at Garver, where she supports water infrastructure projects and research and development efforts in desalination. Her work has been recognized with the NSF Engineering Research Center Perfect Pitch Award, the AMTA/Bureau of Reclamation Membrane Technology Fellowship, and the Water Environment Association of Texas Innovative Technology Award.
