Troy Dorman, Ph.D., P.E., CFM is the Water Sustainability Leader for Halff Associates. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (Water Resources and Environmental Engineering) and Tarleton State University (Hydrology). Dr. Dorman has over 20 years of professional experience with a focus on sustainability, hydrology, and water resources for public and private clients. As an engineer, Dr. Dorman strives to understand the economic, social and environmental constraints of every project with the goal of maximizing the benefits for the community and the client.
