Bio

Yovani has a decade experience with water and wastewater design and construction. He has also worked with cathodic protection system design to which he also assists with reviewing the cathodic protection system across the overall West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) water line system. He is currently the Construction Manager for Segment B1B2 of the WHCRWA which consists of 14,500 LF of 84-inch diameter and 40,000 LF of 96-inch diameter water lines. Furthermore, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Underground Construction Technology Association Gulf Coast Chapter.
