Bio
Gus Sanchez is a Planner at TxDOT- El Paso District Advance Transportation Planning Section. He manages Corridor, Feasibilities, and Safety Studies; and projects which includes traffic modeling, data collection, traffic forecasting, access management, TIA reviews, and public involvement. Coordinates with local governments, El Paso MPO and El Paso RMA. Supports the District’s Preliminary Engineering Process including the environmental process. Mr. Sanchez has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and has over 30 years of experience in TxDOT.
