Bio

Mandy Clark has been TNP’s Director of Water Resources for more than 3 years. Prior to that Mandy worked for the Cities of Arlington and Burleson serving in a variety of roles from project engineer to Assistant Public Works Director to Development Services Director. Mandy has more than 29 years of experience in projects and programs that involved significant public involvement tasks and strategies. She has managed public involvement for large watershed studies and localized drainage projects, presented hundreds of development cases to City Councils and Planning and Zoning Commissions, and managed an overhaul of the City of Burleson’s Comprehensive Plan. Mandy’s experience in meeting with individual homeowners, facilitating public meetings with hundreds of attendees, and managing a largely online public involvement program during COVID has given her a wide variety of experiences to draw from and share.
