Rachel Parrish is an engineering administrator within the City of San Antonio’s Development Services Department. She has experience in multiple developmental areas including storm water, traffic, land development, vertical construction, and affordable housing. She currently oversees the permitting division in Development Services including not only Residential and Commercial permitting but also two specialty teams assisting school districts and affordable housing developments. She is recently married and has a daughter, both of which are her constant support and inspiration.
