Ron grew up in Connecticut and, after high school, served our country in the United States Navy. Upon his honorable discharge, Ron earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering at the University of Connecticut. Following graduation, he began his career with a prominent civil engineering consultant in Connecticut before moving to South Texas, where he excelled in business development roles with construction product manufacturers and distributors. The majority of his career has been spent supporting engineering and construction through roles including Engineer, Field Engineering, Marketing, Sales Management, and Business Development.
